COACHING OPTIONS:

ONE on ONE Coaching with Coach Jay includes a once a week 30 minute Zoom call, unlimited contact by email and a personalized training plan for specifically for you. 

COST: $400.00 a month or $2000.00 for 6 months (1month free) or $4000.00 for a year (2 months free) 

GROUP Coaching with Coach Jay includes a twice a month 30 minute group Zoom Call, unlimited contact by email, access to the group training plan along with video training courses and exercises. 

COST: $200.00 a month, or $1000.00 for 6 months (1 month free) or $2000.00 for 1 year (2 months free)
